What you'll do

Communication & Exec Ops

• Be the point of contact with internal leaders and external partners.
• Triage inbox/calls; draft crisp emails, decks, and summaries.

Meetings & Follow-Through

• Organize board/executive reviews; capture minutes; track action items to closure.

Strategic Support

• Research, analyze, and build decision-ready notes and presentations; gather inputs across teams.

Confidentiality & Judgment

• Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion, reliability, and professionalism.

Projects & Execution

• Drive special projects from the CEO's office; coordinate cross-functional deliverables and deadlines.

Admin Excellence

• Maintain organized records; process expenses/invoices; keep the engine humming smoothly.

Calendar & Priorities

• Own the CEO's calendar end-to-end; resolve conflicts; prep briefs and agendas so meetings run on rails.

What you'll bring

• 5+ years

  as an Executive Assistant (C-suite support preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Management or related field.
• Strong command of

  Microsoft Office

  and

  Google Workspace

  ; quick with productivity tools.
