Position Overview

Join our team as an Executive Assistant (EA) Intern to the CEO, where you’ll play a crucial role supporting day-to-day operations, creating impactful presentations, and contributing to the hiring process for various companies.


Key Responsibilities

A. Daily Operational Support

  • Assist the CEO in managing schedules, meetings, and internal communications.
  • Prepare and organize agendas, briefs, and follow-ups for leadership activities.
  • Coordinate and track progress on ongoing projects and tasks.

B. Presentation Creation

  • Design compelling presentations using Figma and Canva to effectively communicate business strategies, reports, and proposals.
  • Collaborate with different departments to gather content and visualize key data and concepts.

C. Hiring & Talent Support

  • Support the CEO and HR teams in candidate sourcing, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist in creating job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms.
  • Facilitate candidate communications and help coordinate onboarding activities.


Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree (any discipline; business or design preferred).
  • Proficient in Figma and Canva; ability to produce visually engaging presentations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Interest in talent acquisition or HR processes is a plus.
  • Professional, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
