Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments, manage the CEO's calendar, coordinate logistics for meetings, and organize events.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, respond to inquiries, and draft official correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Plan and book domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and creating detailed itineraries.
  • Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, and other documents, often involving data compilation and summarization.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and documents.
  • Act as a primary point of contact, liaising between the CEO and staff, other executives, board members, and external partners.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and manage special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.


Candidate Profile:

  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities, organize complex schedules, and maintain meticulous records.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with diverse groups of people.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and trustworthiness when dealing with sensitive information and high-level individuals.
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and video conferencing tools.
