Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Director and senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the Director’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.
• Handle confidential correspondence, communication, and documentation with discretion.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes as required.
• Liaise effectively with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Assist in tracking project updates, follow-ups, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
• Organize travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
• Support in reviewing key business documents, contracts, and presentations.
• Maintain professional relationships and represent the Director’s office with poise and efficiency.
• Take initiative in anticipating the Director’s needs and providing proactive solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,924.27 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Narsinghpur, Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
