Role Overview As an Interior Designer at Quba Homes, you will be the first point of contact for clients—translating their aspirations into curated interior solutions. This role requires a balance of creative vision, technical knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills to ensure an exceptional client experience from concept to execution. Key Responsibilities Greet and consult clients on their interior and furniture design requirements. Understand and assess client preferences, spatial needs, and functional expectations. Prepare and present mood boards, floor plans, furniture layouts, and material palettes. Provide expert guidance on product details, finishes, material options, and pricing. Generate company-standard BOQs with sound understanding of materials and costing. Collaborate with in-house teams, including design, production, and site execution to ensure smooth project delivery. Maintain detailed documentation of meetings, discussions, and decisions (MOMs). Ensure consistent client engagement, timely follow-ups, and exceptional after-sales support. Resolve client concerns or queries with professionalism and efficiency. Stay abreast of industry trends, product innovations, and Quba’s evolving catalogue. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design , Architecture , or a related field. Experience & Skills Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design consultation or luxury furniture solutions. A strong portfolio demonstrating experience with high-end residential or commercial projects is preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport and manage client expectations with empathy and clarity. Proficient in AutoCAD , SketchUp , and MS Office tools. In-depth knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture construction. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously. Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first approach.
