Job Description

Job Responsibilities:


  • Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently
  • Triage and respond to emails and messages, including LinkedIn, on behalf of the CEO
  • Organise internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track follow-ups
  • Support and monitor the planning and execution of key strategic projects to ensure timely delivery
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Act as the key liaison between the CEO and internal teams, clients, investors, and external stakeholders, including coordination for events, conferences, and partnerships
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents; conduct research and provide analysis to support decision-making
  • Manage occasional personal tasks such as scheduling personal appointments and coordinating with household staff


Skills & Characteristics:


  • Proven expertise in office management tools and proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Expert in English communication, both written and verbal


Education & Qualification:


  • Bachelor's or Master's in any field
  • 3 to 10 years' experience
