Job Description:

Executive Assistant:

• 1. To prepare minutes for all critical meetings and follow up on action points thereto.
• 2. Manage appointments, follow up actions and communicate agendas for meetings to concerned people
• 3. Prepare power-point presentations for internal and external meetings.
• 4. To ensure all the data are received from respective parties before the meeting.
• 5. Be the face of the office of the Director and handle it with utmost honesty, confidentiality and sincerity.
• 6. Attend client / vendor meetings if required to understand their requirements and coordinate for implementation of the agreed projects with clients and the strategic partners.
• 7. Understand client / vendors feedback and communicate the same to the internal authorities for necessary action.
• 8. Travel coordination, payment coordination and follow ups on assignments.
• 9. Give strategic suggestions to the Director for the betterment of organization.
• 10. Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems

Executive – Human Resources:

• 11. Handle day to day issues of human resources.
• 12. Implement all Human Resources initiatives within the organization.
• 13. Be the point of contact for all employees for any issues, escalations.
• 14. Execute all HR function from recruitment to Exit of an employee on a branch (Factory) level.
• 15. Implementing relevant policies and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
