Position: Executive Assistant – CEO Office
Location: Chandigarh
About the Role:
We are seeking a smart, dynamic, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO in managing day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives, and high-level coordination. The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the CEO’s office.
Coordinate meetings, presentations, reports, and business reviews.
Handle correspondence, scheduling, and travel arrangements efficiently.
Prepare business documents, MIS reports, and data analysis (finance knowledge preferred).
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for seamless communication and project follow-ups.
Support in strategic planning, business presentations, and cross-department coordination.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost integrity.
Candidate Profile:
Education: MBA in Finance or Marketing (Finance background preferred).
Experience: Minimum 3 years as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role (preferably in a corporate or finance environment).
Marital Status: Married.
Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency a must).
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Smart, witty, and highly presentable.
Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and business communication tools.
Willing to travel if required.
Personality: Stable, mature, and committed to a long-term association with the organization.
