Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic & Executive Support Assist in preparing board materials, slide decks, dashboards, and performance metrics. Coordinate cross‐functional coordination: liaise with Sales, Marketing, Design, Production, R&D, Finance, etc. Monitor action items from meetings; track follow-ups and ensure timelines are met. Conduct research for new initiatives, market trends, competitor analysis, and present summaries to MD. Help with strategic planning, periodic reviews, and special projects. 2. Administrative & Office Management Manage and optimize the MD’s calendar: scheduling meetings, appointments, site visits, content reviews, etc. Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, local transport) and prepare travel itineraries. Prepare and manage expense reports, budgets, reimbursements. Oversee day‐to‐day office operations, ensuring smooth communication and workflow. Communication & Stakeholder Management Act as liaison between the MD and internal teams, external partners, clients, vendors. Support the roll‐out of new business verticals or expansions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Business, Management, or related field). MBA or equivalent is a plus. Experience & Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 2 to 5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or sales co-ordinator role. Experience in supporting senior management or directors with high-level coordination, reporting, and scheduling. Strong exposure to business operations, documentation, and client/vendor coordination. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, CRMs, and task management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) preferred.
