Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO of a leading food management firm. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to manage executive priorities, facilitate smooth coordination across departments, and ensure the CEO’s time is optimized. The EA acts as a trusted partner, handling confidential information and supporting operational, strategic, and client-facing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:Executive Support:

  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s daily calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and calls on behalf of the CEO with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Track key deliverables and follow up with internal teams to ensure timely completion of commitments.
  • Prepare executive summaries, meeting notes, and action items.

Operational Coordination:

  • Liaise between the CEO and internal departments (operations, finance, HR, culinary, client services, etc.) to ensure efficient information flow.
  • Support in monitoring business performance indicators, contracts, and client deliverables.
  • Assist with vendor and partner coordination related to the food management business (suppliers, outlets, hospitality partners, etc.).
  • Contribute to project management, ensuring strategic initiatives are on schedule.

Client & Stakeholder Relations:

  • Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and communication materials for key clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a professional and polished image while representing the CEO and company in all interactions.
  • Assist in planning executive events, site visits, and business reviews.

Administrative Excellence:

  • Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and other administrative documentation.
  • Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
  • Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively address potential challenges.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in the F&B, hospitality, or corporate management sector.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
