Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support:

  • Manage the CEO s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, and documents for meetings.
  • Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Customer Escalation Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations reaching the CEO s level.
  • Collaborate with appropriate department heads to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Assess the need for CEO involvement in escalations and facilitate communication.
  • Maintain a detailed log of escalations, actions taken, and resolutions achieved.
  • Communication Liaison:

  • Act as a bridge between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with customers and team members.
  • Represent the CEO professionally in correspondence and interactions.
  • Administrative Excellence:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support the CEO s productivity.
  • Streamline processes and workflows for efficiency.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation.
  • Business Analyst :

  • A business analyst commonly reviews and analyzes key business metrics to devise plans for improvement, then communicates these findings and plans to key stakeholders in the organization.
