Job Description

Job Title: Executive Assistant to Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO) Department: Business Technology Group (BTG) Role & responsibilities: Define the Digital, IT, and Cybersecurity Strategy for Thermax. Monitor the external environment for emerging technologies with potential benefits for Thermax. Measure the business impact of digital initiatives in terms of growth, cash flow, margin improvement, and risk reduction. Track and oversee the execution of strategic initiatives within BTG and across Thermax. Represent BTG's perspective in Executive Council and SBU leadership meetings and in external forums. Drive Digital Transformation and Change Management across Thermax. Collaborate with BTG teams to lead digital transformation across the Thermax value chain, encompassing suppliers and customers. Promote Operational Excellence across the BTG organization. Preferred candidate profile: Expertise in Strategy Planning and Execution. Strong Analytical Thinking capabilities. Ability to adhere to timelines and deliver results. Proficiency in Project Management and governance frameworks. Excellent Communication Skills for effective engagement with stakeholders. Proven ability to interface with senior stakeholders within and outside the organization. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to understand and interpret complex digital technologies effectively.
