Job Description

Plant Operations & Maintenance Supervise and ensure smooth operation of ETP, MVR, RO & EDI systems. Monitor process parameters, chemical dosing, and equipment performance. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities. Optimize system performance for energy efficiency and cost reduction. Troubleshooting & Process Optimization Identify and resolve operational issues in treatment processes. Recommend and implement process improvements for better plant efficiency. Work with the engineering team to upgrade treatment technologies as needed. Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and discharge norms . Maintain logs of plant operations, chemical usage, and treated water quality. Implement and enforce safety protocols, PPE usage, and emergency response plans . Preparation of Monthly MIS & Maintenance Schedule . Team Supervision & Coordination Lead and train plant operators and technicians. Assign work schedules and ensure task completion on time. Coordinate with other departments like procurement, maintenance, and environmental compliance teams . Reporting & Documentation Maintain records of treated water quality, chemical inventory, and plant performance . Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on plant efficiency and operational status. Liaise with senior management and regulatory bodies for compliance reports.
