Cybersecurity Architect

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with industry standards and best practices. Providing support to the Application and Infrastructure teams to build the new solution securely and review the existing solution from a security perspective. Develop a process for conducting security architecture reviews. Create security checklists for the secure configuration of applications, networks, and databases. Conduct security assessments, threat modeling, and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks. Lead the implementation and maintenance of security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, encryption tools, etc. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security solutions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Provide guidance and support to IT teams, including mentoring and training on security best practices. Stay abreast of emerging threats, technologies, and industry trends to recommend proactive security measures. Preferred candidate profile Experience with security tools and technologies (Firewall, EDR, Proxy, SIEM, DLP, encryption, SASE, ZTNA, SDWAN, SDG IAM, etc.). Progressive experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on security architecture and design.
