Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Communication: Demonstrate excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
• Basic Computer Skills: Utilize basic computer applications such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create documents, reports, and presentations.
• Follow-Up: Exhibit strong follow-up skills to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects. Track progress and provide updates as necessary.
• Organization: Maintain organized records, files, and systems to streamline office operations and improve efficiency.
• Coordination: Assist in coordinating company events, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, clients, and partners.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office Suite.
• Strong ability to follow up and ensure task completion.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
