Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and internal discussions.
• Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential prospects and partners.
• Handle

  basic finance, legal, and operational tasks

• Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and documentation for ongoing
• projects.
• Follow up with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination.
• Support management in handling confidential and time-sensitive information.
• Manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement, office supplies, and facility maintenance
• Support HR tasks such as onboarding, documentation, attendance tracking, and coordination
• Handle travel bookings, event coordination, and internal team logistics

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of professional experience in a finance or
• operational role.
• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in

  Finance, Commerce, Business

• Administration, or related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — should be a

  people’s person

• with a professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Basic understanding of

  financial documents, agreements, and compliance

• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and business communication.
