Executive Assistant

Role Overview: As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Founder & Group CEO by providing comprehensive administrative assistance. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in managing high-level executive operations will be essential for success in this position. Your discretion, reliability, and excellent communication skills will be highly valued in this dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Founder & Group CEO, which includes managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and coordinating meetings. - Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy and professionalism. - Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and both internal and external stakeholders. - Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity. - Coordinate and follow up on action items across various departments. - Take charge of managing special projects as assigned by the Founder & Group CEO. Qualification Required: - Male candidate preferred, with a background from Tier-1 colleges such as IIMs, XLRI, ISB, or other reputable institutes. - Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a senior executive or CEO. - Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Display strong organizational skills, proactiveness, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. - Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the capability to interact effectively at all levels. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.,
