We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the CEO of Reducer — a highly organised and motivated founder who’s passionate about building and scaling businesses while investing in personal growth and wellbeing.

You’ll be the CEO's right hand, managing both the personal and professional side of his world: from running his calendar and inbox to handling travel, research, and lifestyle logistics. Your mission? To protect his time, streamline his workflow, and make sure everything just works.

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, inbox, and communications — ensuring priorities are clear and time is used wisely.
• Handle personal and professional administration: scheduling, travel, expenses, and errands.
• Coordinate projects and track progress using tools like Google Workspace and Todoist.
• Prepare meeting notes, agendas, and follow-ups.
• Create and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to make recurring tasks seamless.
• Conduct online research, summarise key insights, and curate useful resources.
• Maintain a clean, efficient digital environment across emails, files, and systems.
• Liaise confidently with internal and external partners on the CEO’s behalf.

🧠 About You

You’re not just an assistant — you’re a strategic partner who thrives on precision, discretion, and continuous improvement. You take ownership, solve problems independently, and love being the calm, organised force behind a fast-moving executive.

You’ll fit right in if you:

• Have 3+ years of experience as an EA or PA supporting senior leaders (especially internationally).
• Are fluent in spoken and written English with an ear for UK-style communication.
• Are incredibly organised and detail-obsessed (you can’t rest until things are neat, structured, and running smoothly).
• Learn new tools quickly and genuinely enjoy exploring productivity and AI apps.
• Are proactive, resourceful, and always one step ahead.
• Handle confidential information with care and professionalism.
• Have a process-oriented mindset and love improving systems.
