About the Role

As an Operations Executive, you will support the day-to-day operational activities of the company, ensuring smooth workflow, efficient processes, and timely execution of tasks. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build a career in operations, administration, or management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating daily operational activities across departments.
• Maintain and update records, reports, and documentation.
• Monitor workflows and identify areas for process improvement.
• Communicate with internal teams and external vendors for operational requirements.
• Support in preparing presentations, MIS reports, and data analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Assist in inventory management, procurement, or logistics (depending on company).
• Handle customer inquiries or support tasks as needed.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Qualifications
