Account Executive Fresher

Job Description : We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to support our finance team. This role is ideal for candidates who have completed an internship in accounts or finance and are now ready to take on a full-time opportunity. Key Responsibilities : Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including billing, invoicing, and data entry. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions. Reconcile bank statements and assist with GST and TDS filings. Prepare reports and assist with month-end and year-end closings. Coordinate with internal departments for invoice processing and approvals. Follow up with clients for payment collections via calls and emails. Maintain records of communication with clients regarding outstanding dues. Support the senior accountant with ad hoc tasks as needed. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field . Completed at least one internship in an accounting or finance role. Basic understanding of accounting principles and software (e.g., Tally, Excel). Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Good organizational and time-management skills. Having laptop is mandatory.
