Role & responsibilities Designing need-based business plans / strategies for maximizing profitability & revenue generation for various commodities. - Spearheading complete business operations in the assigned region while ensuring ROI & profitability. - Formulating budgets and taking measures to ensure optimum utilisation of funds for accomplishment of organisational objectives. - Implementing marketing plans for capturing optimum market share for company's products. - Identifying & appointing reliable channel partners/ dealers, resulting in deeper market penetration. - Monitoring dealers performance as per company's policies and ensuring adequate stock at dealer's end. - Analysing market trends/ requirements and accordingly chalking out measures for countering competition. - Interacting with customers to gather their feedback regarding the products utilities and offering them quick & effective service. - Leading & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in operations & meeting of targets. Job Description: Preferred candidate profile 1. Experience and knowledge of having worked and handled mineral resources. 2. Handled trading business for products like Zircon ,Ilmenite,RUTILE,Ilmeniteetc. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Proven track record in sales and sales management Experience in providing training to clients Knowledge of the chemical industry or related field is a plus Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
