Accounts Intern

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Intern to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who wish to gain hands-on experience in accounting and finance operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist with day-to-day accounting operations including data entry and bookkeeping Support in managing accounts payable and receivable processes Help in preparing financial reports, invoices, and bank reconciliations Follow up with clients regarding pending payments and outstanding dues Manage and maintain petty cash records and ensure timely settlements Maintain and update financial records and databases Assist in audits and tax filings by gathering and organizing necessary documentation Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures Support the finance team in other ad-hoc tasks as needed Requirements: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field Basic understanding of accounting principles Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books) is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly Good communication and interpersonal skills Having laptop is mandatory .
