📌 Job Title: Executive Assistant 📍 Location: Hyderabad 🕒 Shift timing: 9 am to 6 pm with sunday week off 🔍 About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to handle confidential matters with discretion. 💼 Key Responsibilities: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents. Act as the point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external partners. Handle email correspondence and prioritize communications. Maintain confidential files and ensure proper documentation. Assist with event planning and project coordination. Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. 📋 Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration or related field). Minimum 3 years of experience as an EA, PA, or in a similar administrative role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace. Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with integrity. ✨ Preferred Skills: Experience supporting C-suite executives.
