Role Overview

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Executive Assistant to partner directly with our Founder/CEO and leadership team. You’ll be the force multiplier who keeps priorities on track, streamlines information flow, and safeguards our creative momentum.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

Manage complex calendars, travel, and meeting logistics across time zones.
Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and follow‑ups.
Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and inbound requests.

Project & Operations

Track OKRs and critical studio milestones; surface risks and dependencies.
Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives between R&D, Production, and Finance.
Help refine and document AI‑driven processes and SOPs.

Communication

Draft high‑impact memos, investor updates, and internal newsletters.
Own confidential information with discretion.

Stakeholder Relations

Liaise with producers, talent, vendors, and festival/market organizers.
Orchestrate VIP visits, screenings, and off‑sites that showcase our tech.

Must‑Have Qualifications

2+ years as an EA, chief‑of‑staff, or operations partner to CEO/ VP, or leadership, preferably in media/tech/start‑up environments.
Proven mastery of calendar and travel complexity; you anticipate conflicts before they happen.
Superb written and verbal communication—able to translate technical jargon into crisp narratives.
High proficiency with G‑Suite, Jira, and project‑management tools.
Energy for fast pivots, ambiguity, and deadline‑driven creative teams.
Discretion and sound judgment handling sensitive IP and confidential data.

Nice‑to‑Have

Passion for VFX/animation, generative AI, or film production pipelines.
Experience coordinating across US/EU & APAC time zones.
Familiarity with basic financial modeling or investor relations decks.
