*About the Role*

We are seeking a dynamic professional with hands-on experience in managing end-to-end API processes, from raw material sourcing to finished goods. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for overseeing nutraceutical and pharma operations and coordinating with our loan license manufacturing partner in Pithampur for tablets and capsules.

This role requires strong technical knowledge, operational oversight, and the ability to coordinate between internal teams and external manufacturing units.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Oversee and manage the complete API production process – from raw material procurement, manufacturing, to final product delivery.

• Coordinate with internal teams for nutraceutical and pharma operations to ensure compliance and smooth execution.

• Liaise with the loan license manufacturing unit in Pithampur for production of tablets and capsules, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct periodic plant visits (1–2 times per month) to monitor operations, resolve issues, and ensure smooth coordination with the manufacturing partner.

• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and other regulatory guidelines applicable to pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals.

• Collaborate with QA/QC, R&D, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency.

• Prepare and maintain documentation for audits, regulatory submissions, and internal reporting.

• Identify areas for process improvement and drive efficiency in manufacturing and operations.

*Key Requirements*

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in API manufacturing / pharma / nutraceuticals.

• Hands-on knowledge of manufacturing operations, technology transfer, and regulatory compliance.

• Experience in managing third-party / loan license manufacturing will be an added advantage.

• Strong communication, coordination, and vendor management skills.

• Willingness to travel to Pithampur plant once or twice a month.
