We are currently looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support top-level leadership at our organization. The role requires a sharp, highly organized professional with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach someone who can operate with discretion, agility, and presence.

Skills Required :

3 to 5 years of relevant experience supporting senior leadership
High proficiency in written and verbal communication
Strong command over calendar & task management, follow-ups, and stakeholder coordination
Familiarity with modern tech tools (G-Suite, Notion, Slack, etc.)
Preference for candidates with exposure to high-growth or creative industries
