Role: Executive Assistant

Job DescriptionJob Summary

The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, with a focus on reporting, data analysis, and basic project management activities. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize effectively and possess a keen attention to detail. A basic understanding of project management processes is a plus, as well as the ability to handle day-to-day tasks with professionalism.Key Responsibilities

Executive Support:

  • Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings for senior executives.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries for executives.
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of senior leadership

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Compile and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
  • Assist in the preparation of executive reports and presentations with clear insights and data-driven recommendations.
  • Create and maintain regular reporting templates, dashboards, and trackers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Identify trends and insights from data to improve operational efficiency.

Basic Project Management Activities

  • Assist with tracking and reporting for ongoing projects.
  • Help coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with project teams.
  • Support project documentation and maintain project management tools for easy access to key information.
  • Basic understanding of project management processes and ability to support day-to-day project activities.

Administrative and Operational Support

  • Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Assist with budget management, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Support the preparation and execution of company events, workshops, and seminars.
    Assist in ad-hoc tasks and projects as required by the executive team
