Job Description

  • The Executive Assistant is a key role, supporting the work of the Director and reporting to one of the promoters of the organization.
  • Access to confidential information, requiring absolute discretion at all times.
  • Demonstrable experience of working at a similar level and proven administrative, secretarial and office skills.
  • Plan, organize and anticipate requirements well in advance.
  • Draft, review and send communications on behalf of Director
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
  • Coordinate for travel arrangements.
  • Maintain various records and data.

Key Skills

  • Should have excellent knowledge of MS OFFICE especially EXCEL & Word.
  • Good command over English.
  • Excellent Follow up skills.
  • Excellent Numerical skills.
  • Good co- ordination skills

Criteria

  • Candidate should be graduate.
  • Should have an experience of minimum 5 years as an EA to MD/Director of a company.
  • Should be within 35 years
  • Should be an immediate joiner.
  • Our Office is in Borivali East, so candidate from nearby locations are only preferable
