About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant Intern to work directly with the Founder & CEO.

 This role offers deep exposure to brand building, operations, influencer marketing, product strategy, and international expansion.

Key Responsibilities1. Executive & Admin Assistance

• Manage and organize Founder’s daily schedule, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Draft, format, and organize emails, presentations, and reports.
• Handle sensitive business information with discretion and professionalism.

2. Brand & Operations Coordination

• Assist in coordinating influencer campaigns, product photoshoots, vendor communication, and digital marketing tasks.
• Track project timelines and ensure execution of deliverables.
• Help prepare brand decks, business documents, and creative briefs.

3. Research & Strategy

• Conduct market, competitor, and trend research in skincare, beauty, and luxury sectors.
• Support in registration, documentation, and compliance tasks (GST, MSME, IEC, etc.).
• Prepare concise reports and summaries for business planning.

4. Content & Communication Support

• Help draft short Instagram captions, influencer DMs, and brand notes.
• Coordinate with photographers, designers, and content creators.
• Maintain organized databases for content, contracts, and collaborations.

Who You Are

• Student / Graduate in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
• Excellent in English writing & communication (Hindi is a plus).
• Smart, reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable in a startup-style work culture (fast-paced, creative, evolving).
• Passion for luxury, skincare, and brand creation.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, and Excel/Notion/Trello preferred.
