Role Description

This is an internship position for an Executive Assistant Intern, based out of Bengaluru with the flexibility of a hybrid working model, allowing for some work-from-home opportunities. The intern will assist with executive-level administrative tasks, such as managing executive schedules, preparing expense reports, coordinating meetings, and handling various support functions. Daily responsibilities may include managing calendars, organizing travel arrangements, and maintaining communication on behalf of executives.

Role Overview :

We are looking for a high-ownership Executive Assistant Intern to support the Founder across fundraising, operations, marketing, and sales for IM Connect.

This is a Founder's Office internship ideal for someone who wants to learn how a high-growth global tech company is built from the inside.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Fundraising Support

1 Assist in preparing pitch decks, investor briefs, and financial documents.Research VCs, angels, funds, and strategic partners.

2. Operations

- Coordinate with product, tech, design, and marketing teams.

- Prepare reports, SOPs, and internal strategic documents.

- Track progress of projects and ensure timely execution.

- Assist the Founder with daily operational tasks and planning.

3. Marketing

-Support brand communication, content development, and campaign planning.Assist in launch campaigns for IM Connect in India and globally.

-Conduct competitor and market - research.Help manage social media planning and user engagement efforts.

4. Sales & Business Development

- Conduct research on potential partners, clients, and early adopters.

- Assist in proposal creation, presentations, and onboarding processes.

- Track sales pipeline and coordinate follow-ups.

Maintain CRM and prepare reports for the Founder.
