GLS-SPA, a leader in architectural LED lighting in India for over two decades, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Executive Assistant to support our Chief Sales Manager, Shubh Jain. This is a high-impact role for an ambitious individual who understands the nuances of the lighting industry and is ready to take on significant responsibility.

The ideal candidate will act as a key support layer, allowing the Chief Sales Manager to focus on strategic design, project closing, and business development. You will be expected to fill in and execute tasks with a high degree of independence and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management:

  Serve as the primary point of contact for a fixed B2B client portfolio, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service.

• Lead Management:

  Take full control of all new inquiries from platforms like WhatsApp and other social media channels, converting warm leads into active projects.

• Product Expertise:

  Possess a strong understanding of basic lighting concepts, including fixtures, design principles, and automation systems like DALI and Casambi, to provide effective client consultation.

• Administrative & Operational Support:

  Manage sales documentation, process Inward Orders (IWO), and create Proforma Invoices (PI) with accuracy using Excel. Maintain a highly organized workflow.

• Growth Mindset:

  Be prepared to work in a high-growth environment, contributing to the expansion of the company's clientele and market presence.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or business development role within the lighting industry.
• Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to convert leads and build strong client relationships.
• A solid grasp of fundamental lighting concepts and automation technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and documentation.
• Willingness to work from our Goregaon site and visit the Vasai factory once a week.
