Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Representative based in Pune, allowing for some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and promoting GLS S.p.A's range of LED products. Day-to-day tasks include client meetings, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-up and support. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities. Qualifications Sales and Customer Service skills: Experience in sales, customer relationship management, and customer service. Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Market Research and Presentation skills: Ability to conduct market research and create persuasive sales presentations. Negotiation and Problem-Solving skills: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to solve customer-related problems effectively. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with lighting products and solutions, particularly LED technology. Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with the marketing and product development teams. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field. Experience in the lighting industry is a plus.

This includes the ability to suggest appropriate lighting fixtures and explain the benefits of various solutions, including basic lighting concepts and automations . Marketing & Communication: Be a super marketing specialist for GLS-SPA, effectively communicating our brand values, product innovations, and project successes across relevant platforms. Technical Support & Documentation: Prepare essential documentation such as IWO (Internal Work Orders) and PI (Proforma Invoices) using Excel proficiency , ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Site & Factory Presence: This role requires you to work from our Goregaon office and conduct weekly visits to our factory in Vasai to stay updated on product development and manufacturing processes.
