Job Overview: Garvit Enterprises is hiring experienced and detail-oriented Executive Assistants to support day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to manage administrative tasks effectively. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative and clerical support to senior management. Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings. Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations. Maintain and organize office records, files, and data. Assist in daily office operations, coordination, and communication. Handle email correspondence and phone calls professionally. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Graduate degree in any discipline. Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint). Intermediate proficiency in English (written and spoken). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
