Customer Service Rep

Job Summary

We're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This role requires strong communication skills, Soft Spoken, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges
• Provide accurate product and service information
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Collaborate with the team to improve customer service procedures
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.
• Handle outbound calling as needed to follow up on customer requests or issues.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to manage documentation and reporting tasks efficiently.
• Demonstrate strong phone etiquette while engaging with customers to build rapport.

Experience

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
• Excellent communication
• Ability to handle stressful situations and diffuse upset customers
• Proficient in using customer service software and CRM tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience customer service role is preferred.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Must Required -Driving -Two Wheeler
