Executive Assistant- Founder's Office

We are now looking for a highly driven and strategic Executive Assistant (EA) to partner with Co-founder. This role goes beyond administration—you will be deeply involved in strategy, operations, and decision-making, functioning as a true extension of the leadership team.

Role Description

This is not a typical administrative EA role—the right candidate will operate as a strategic partner, shadow, and extension of the Co-founder, actively contributing to decision-making, business strategy, and operational execution.

The EA will play a pivotal role in enabling the Co-founder to focus on high-impact priorities by managing daily workflows, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring seamless coordination across business units. This role requires strong analytical ability, business acumen, and the agility to switch between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.

What you’ll do:

• Work directly with the Co-founder across business, strategy & operations

• Manage calendar, priorities & communication flow seamlessly

• Shadow the Co-founder in meetings, travels & client discussions

• Drive cross-functional projects and ensure follow-ups

• Support on business development, investor relations & key initiatives
