Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage day-to-day accounting functions while also providing executive assistance to the Director. This dual role requires strong organizational skills, financial acumen, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounting:
  • Manage daily bookkeeping, vouchers, and data entry.

  • Handle accounts payable/receivable, petty cash, and expense tracking.

  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations, journal entries, and maintain ledgers.

  • Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances in coordination with auditors.

  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

  • Generate MIS and financial reports for management.

Executive Assistance:
  • Serve as a point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, travel, and appointments.

  • Draft, review, and manage official correspondence, reports, and presentations.

  • Prepare agendas, minutes of meetings, and follow up on action items.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company and personal information.

  • Provide administrative and operational support to senior management.



Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Business Administration or related field.

  • Prior experience in accounting and executive assistance preferred.

  • Knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software (Tally/ERP).

  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work independently with attention to detail.
