About the Role

As an Executive Assistant,

This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to work directly with a global business leader and contribute to the smooth functioning of executive operations.

Key Responsibilities

·Attend and accurately document notes and minutes from meetings and calls involving the CEO

·Track and follow up on action items and deliverables with internal and external stakeholders

·Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and reminders across multiple time zones

·Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries

·Provide daily administrative support and assist with operational tasks as required

·Prepare reports, briefing materials, presentations, and other documentation as needed

·Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism

·Serve as a reliable point of contact for communication on behalf of the CEO

Basic Requirements

·Based in Kolkata

·Excellent command over English, Hindi, and Bengali

Minimum 3 years of experience

·Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-demand environment

·Professional demeanour with a high level of integrity, discretion, and accountability

MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
