Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Whitefield, Bangalore
Reports To: Founder

About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant cum Admin to provide high-level executive support and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will be a multitasker with strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills who can handle both executive and administrative responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Assistance:

  • Manage calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements for Founder.
  • Coordinate and prepare for meetings — agenda, minutes, and follow-ups.
  • Draft and manage emails, reports, presentations, and other communication on behalf of leadership.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders for scheduling, documentation, and coordination.

Administration & Office Management:

  • Oversee office supplies, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage office expenses, petty cash, and support in processing invoices or reimbursements.
  • Support HR and Operations with general office logistics.
  • Plan and coordinate team events, celebrations, and meetings.
  • Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Ensure the office environment is organized, functional, and conducive to productivity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Administrator, or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, prioritize, and work independently.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced or startup environment.
  • Positive attitude and people-oriented approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
