Prepare a Techno-commercial (PEB) offer for submitting to customers Generate quotes from various sources like Corporate Houses, Public sector & Private companies, Individuals, Non Govt Organizations etc Raising quote request forms to design and estimation department based on the customers' requirements /consultants' drawings in order to get the cost of project Negotiate with customers and finalize the jobs Send the required documents and signed contracts to head office Coordinating with customer and head office to get drawings, and dispatch of material Collection of payments and acceptable letter of credits to complete the jobs Sending sales forecasts and reports to superiors at regular intervals Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives for prefabricated structures Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key stakeholders in various industries Drive the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to project handover Collaborate with the engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure timely delivery of projects Ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction Participate in client meetings to discuss project requirements, timelines, and delivery schedules Oversee the tendering process, review contracts, and ensure all commercial terms are met Monitor project milestones and ensure completion within the stipulated timelines and budget Lead and resolve technical issues in consultation with relevant departments Maintain a strong understanding of the prefab industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Obtain competitive ocean freight rates from shipping lines, NVOCCs, and overseas agents Analyse customer requirements (container type, volume, destination) to provide the most suitable rate options Prepare quotations and proposals for sea export shipments in coordination with the sales team Maintain and update a database of freight rates, surcharges, transit times, and routing options Negotiate rates with carriers to ensure competitiveness and profitability Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure feasibility of quotes offered Follow up with sales teams and clients for quote feedback and conversion Monitor market trends, rate fluctuations, and competitor pricing Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, surcharges, and customer-specific requirements Generate regular reports on quote-to-conversion ratios, pricing trends, and lost business analysis

End to end Marketplace management (Myntra, Nykaa Flipkart, Amazon.com, Tata Cliq etc) Managing Sales, monthly forecasting, Negotiation with marketplace and cataloguing Create & maintain marketplace content and ensure all content is up to date and ensure all pages, products & prices on the site are correct, updated. Listing & updating Products, Promotional activities, Email Marketing, running campaigns Catalogue Management, Sales Management/achieving budgeted targets, Budgeting and payment collections Maintaining reports and returns Monitor and maintain customer feedback.
