About DigiPanda

assistant executive

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in
daily coordination
with internal teams for ongoing projects.
Support the
social media and marketing teams
in planning, execution, and reporting.
Handle
basic administrative tasks
like data entry, documentation, and scheduling.
Assist in
client communication
- drafting emails, preparing presentations, and following up.
Maintain records of campaigns, reports, and analytics.
Research trends and competitors to support marketing and creative strategies.
Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks as per deadlines.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in
Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field
.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Google Workspace is a plus.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
