Role & responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain office records, files, and documentation
  • Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities
  • Assist in procurement and inventory management of office supplies
  • Support HR and accounts teams with basic data entry and reporting
  • Handle internal communication and follow-ups with different departments
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure and vendor coordination

Preferred candidate profile

  • Fresh graduate with 01 year of experience in administration, office coordination, or related functions
  • Strong logical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
