🧩 Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Executive Assistant

to support senior management in day-to-day coordination, scheduling, communication, and operational tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and be comfortable managing travel and field-related work as needed.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Assist senior leadership in daily administrative and operational activities.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Prepare reports, documentation, and meeting notes.
Handle travel arrangements, logistics, and event coordination.
Support communication between departments and external stakeholders.
Track deliverables, deadlines, and ensure follow-ups on key tasks.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Coordinate on-ground activities during field visits or campaigns as required.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Coordinator, or similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.
Ability to travel for meetings, events, or campaign activities.
Immediate joiners preferred.
