Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, well-organized, and highly responsive Executive Assistant cum Sales Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative and sales coordination support to senior management. The role involves managing executive schedules, coordinating client communications, supporting sales enquiries and follow-ups, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will work closely with the leadership, design, and accounts teams to ensure timely flow of information, accurate documentation, and a professional client experience in line with SK Design Studio’s overall standards.
Responsibilities:
1) Act as the primary point of coordination between the Principal/Partners, clients, and internal teams.
2) Manage calendars, meetings, follow-ups, and correspondence for senior management and pre-sales team
3) Lead sales activities including enquiry handling, client follow-ups, proposal coordination, and maintaining CRM records.
4) Coordinate preparation, tracking, and dispatch of proposals, quotations, and presentations.
5) Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and sales reports.
6) Liaise with design, accounts, and execution teams to ensure smooth information flow.
7) Assist in documentation, MIS reporting, and basic administrative support as required.
8) Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and vendors to support business development efforts.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Graduate in any discipline; MBA / Diploma in Business Administration or Sales preferred.
2. 2–5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Sales Coordinator, or similar role (experience in interior design / real estate preferred).
3. Fluent in English communication
4. Strong coordination, and organizational skills.
5. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools.
6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with senior stakeholders.
7. Professional demeanour with attention to detail and confidentiality.
8. Maintains a neat, well-groomed, and professional appearance at all times.
9. Demonstrates fluency in spoken and written English with clear, courteous, and effective communication.
10. Presents oneself in a polished and professional manner while interacting with clients, senior management, and external stakeholders.
11. Upholds a respectful, composed, and professional attitude in all workplace interactions.
