About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with the stakeholders to script, storyboard, and plan video shoots. 2. Collaborate with the stakeholders to understand video requirements, objectives, and target audience. 3. Assist in coming up with innovative ideas for shooting different styles of videos as per requirement. Knowledge of PR software and video editing Software. 4. Shoot Videos on Camera with appropriate lighting and background. 5. Edit and polish raw footage into high-quality videos, ensuring consistency across projects. 6. Create visually appealing videos. 7. Create engaging videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, and educational content that aligns with our clinic's brand. 8. Use video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects) to add effects, transitions, and graphics. 9. Utilize AI tools (e.g., Heygen, Runway ML, Sora) to generate video content. 10. Enhance videos with music, voiceovers, and other audio elements for a better user experience. 11. Optimize videos for different platforms, considering specifications, formats, aspect ratios, and best practices. 12. Apply colour grading and correction techniques to enhance visual appeal. 13. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in video editing techniques. 14. Experiment with new AI tools and techniques to enhance content quality and efficiency. 15. Manage and organize video files and assets for easy future access. 16. Collaborate with other teams as necessary for your function. 17. Conduct quality control checks to ensure error-free videos. 18. Meet project deadlines and effectively prioritize tasks while managing multiple projects. Someone who has worked in the Interior Industry will be preferred. 2. Understanding different types of colour grading techniques. 3. An Expert in different types of editing styles that is native to the story type (Ex: Client’s story for their dream home interiors, etc.) 4. Proven experience in video editing (portfolio required). 5. Familiarity with AI video tools such as Heygen, Runway ML, Sora, or similar platforms. 6. Strong understanding of video production workflows, from ideation to delivery. 7. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. 8. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively. 9. Ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. 10. Strong understanding of storytelling and scripting. 11. Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar). 12. Experience in creating content for social media platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
