Brandslane is a Performance Marketing agency that helps Direct-To-Consumer eCommerce, and information product businesses grow their revenue with more acquisitions and sales. Over the last 4 years, we have worked with some notable brands in India & outside the D2C space including - Neesh Perfumes, Gehna, Bummer, Yaanman, RforRabbit, MDNT45, DiamondLady, BombaySweetShop, SwissTimeHouse, and others. In this time we have created over 450Cr for 200+ brands combined.


Introduction About Role:


We are looking for an Executive/Personal assistant to the founder/CEO of the advertising company Brandslane, experienced in already working for a CXO in the advertising industry.


As a person in this role, you'll be required to do a wide selection of duties that needs to come off the schedule of the Founder and still needs to be done with utmost diligence and effectiveness as before.

Key Responsibility -


Executive Support

  • Anticipating the needs before they come or reach the founder/CEO
  • Reflect the ways and values of founder/CEO in all communications and work styles.
  • Be proficient with tech.
  • Support the CEO primarily and provide additional support to the executive team members, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently.
  • Manage communication on behalf of CEO/founder by liaising with internal or external people.
  • Be an extension to the founder/CEO in ideating new things in favour of growing the company in different situations.
  • Manage the Founder’s calendar with ruthless prioritisation — block focus time, prep briefs, and optimise meeting flow.
  • Follow up on action items and keep things moving without any bottleneck.


Financial Operations (Core)

  • Own client invoicing cycles: create, issue, track, and follow up until payment.
  • Manage employee payments and expense reimbursements; coordinate monthly payroll inputs and ensure timely disbursal.
  • Maintain invoice & payment trackers.


Operations & Office Management

  • Oversee logistics: travel, bookings, purchases, vendor coordination and subscriptions.
  • Monitor department-level output and efficiency; surface risks, root causes, and improvement plans to the Founder.
  • Maintain and refine internal processes and SOPs to speed up executive-level workflows.


Anticipation & Resourcefulness

  • Anticipate needs, questions, and obstacles (from meetings, launches, payroll, client billing) and solve or prep contingencies ahead of time.
  • Be a proactive ideator — help the Founder ideate and test ways to grow the company operationally and commercially.


Authority & Decision-Making

  • Make effective decisions in the Founder’s absence within agreed boundaries (vendors, travel, payments up to set limits).
  • Escalate timely when issues exceed your authority with clear recommended actions.


REQUIREMENTS -


  • Experience:

    2+ years in an administrative/EA role reporting to senior leadership (founder/CXO) — preferably in an agency / startup / services environment.
  • Financial Ops Experience:

    Hands-on experience managing invoicing, payment follow-ups and employee payments / payroll coordination.
  • Process & People:

    Experience monitoring department outputs or working with department heads to track delivery.
  • Tech Fluent:

    Comfortable with Google Workspace, calendar tools, Slack, Notion/Asana/Trello, and accounting/invoicing tools (Zoho Books / QuickBooks / Razorpay / bank portals). Ability to learn new tools fast.
  • Communication:

    Excellent written and verbal skills; ability to represent the Founder professionally with clients, partners and employees.
  • Decision-Making:

    Able to make sound decisions independently and escalate with context when needed.
  • Confidentiality:

    Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Attitude:

    Self-starter, highly proactive, organized, and calm under pressure.
