Executive Admin

• Handle daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, housekeeping, and maintenance activities.
• Maintain documents, files, and ensure proper physical and digital filing systems.
• Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, services, and negotiate quotations.
• Support various departments with administrative and operational requirements.
• Handle emails, calls, communication, and schedule meetings or appointments.
• Assist HR with attendance tracking, leave records, and onboarding support.
• Manage petty cash, prepare basic expense reports, and support invoice processing.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed in the workplace.
• Organize internal events, meetings, and make travel arrangements when required.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
• Oversee and manage day-to-day parking operations within the premises.
• Coordinate with parking staff/security to ensure smooth vehicle movement.
• Maintain parking records, daily collection reports, and occupancy logs.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide timely resolutions.
• Monitor entry and exit points to ensure proper usage and safety.
• Ensure parking rules, safety guidelines, and company policies are followed.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs of parking machines, barriers, lighting, and signage.
• Work with management to improve parking efficiency and resolve operational issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
