You are being hired as an Executive- Admin in the Furniture Manufacturing industry. Your role will involve managing administrative operations efficiently, including supervising staff, streamlining processes, and ensuring smooth office operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and supervise administrative staff, including recruitment, training, and performance appraisal. - Oversee day-to-day operations like facilities management, equipment maintenance, and procurement of supplies. - Establish and develop efficient administrative systems and procedures. - Coordinate the office calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments. - Provide administrative support to the executive team. - Manage the entire campus including security, maintenance, safety, traffic control, waste management, and water management. **Qualifications Required:** - Masters degree in Business Administration preferred. - 3-5 years of experience in administrative management. - Proven leadership and team management skills. - Good organizational and time management abilities. - Proficient in professional software applications. - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Ability to multitask and attention to detail. This full-time position offers a salary package of 20k-25k/month and additional benefits such as Medical Insurance, PF, PLVP, and Gratuity.
