Role Overview: As an Associate in Navi Mumbai, your role involves preparing purchase orders for monthly recurring expenses, managing day-to-day housekeeping operations and facility upkeep, ensuring availability and tracking of household, stationery, and pantry consumables, optimizing a workforce comprising housekeeping attendants, pantry boy, and office assistants, providing arrangements and support during HR and marketing team events, maintaining first aid medicines and the Medical Room, overseeing cafeteria and pantry operations, arranging visitor, guest, and customer visits, and managing site documentation and records. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare purchase orders (PO) for all monthly recurring expenses. - Manage day-to-day housekeeping operations and facility upkeep. - Ensure availability and implement a tracking mechanism for household, stationery, and pantry consumables. - Optimize a workforce comprising housekeeping attendants, pantry boy, and office assistants. - Provide arrangements and support during HR and marketing team events. - Maintain first aid medicines and upkeep of the Medical Room. - Oversee day-to-day operations of the cafeteria and pantry. - Arrange visitor, guest, and customer visits. - Maintain and update site documentation and records. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in admin support, visitor management, invoice processing, and purchase contracts. - Ability to build reports and coordinate events effectively. - Experience in cafeteria management, document management, and housekeeping.,
