Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations, vendor handling, accounts support, and employee settlements. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office & Facility Management
  • Maintain and track office supplies, stationery, and pantry stock.
  • Oversee office housekeeping, repairs, and maintenance requirements.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office utilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
  • Vendor Management
  • Manage all vendor relationships including onboarding, negotiations, and service monitoring.
  • Ensure timely payments to vendors and maintain proper documentation.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Accounts & Finance Support
  • Manage employee reimbursements, advances, settlements, and supporting documents.
  • Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO), invoices, and payment requests.
  • Work closely with the CA for bill booking, invoice verification.
  • Assist in maintaining petty cash and daily expense records.
  • HR & Administrative Support
  • Assist in onboarding arrangements including ID cards, seating, and documentation.
  • Maintain administrative records, agreements, contracts, and asset registers.
  • Support HR in attendance tracking and basic compliance-related work.
  • Coordination & Reporting
  • Coordinate with internal teams for any administrative or operational requirements.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly admin and expense reports.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and confidentiality standards.

Skills Required

  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge of accounts, billing, and GST
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
  • Good negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Attention to detail with strong record-keeping abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
