Executive Admin

As an Executive Admin at Hero Motocorp in Neemrana, RJ, you will be an integral part of the HR function reporting to the Lead Admin. Your role will focus on delivering proactive and customer-focused administration services for seamless operations at the plant. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Managing overall administration of the plant including manpower deployment, facility hygiene, and maintenance - Overseeing housekeeping management and conducting audits - Ensuring availability of stationary and materials on the floor and in stock - Managing transport operations and availability - Preparing data and conducting audits as required - Managing vendors, tracking bills, and agreements On a daily basis, you will handle end-to-end administration tasks related to housekeeping, transport, uniforms, horticulture, and other subsets of administration. Qualifications and Experience required: - Bachelor's degree/diploma - 3 years of experience in managing any one administrative aspect of a manufacturing plant Technical Skills/Knowledge: - Knowledge of industrial canteen operations - Familiarity with horticulture chemicals, equipment types, and usage - Experience in event management - Proficiency in MS Office Behavioural Skills: - Strong listening and communication skills - Effective problem-solving abilities - Collaboration skills - Agility in handling tasks Working at Hero Motocorp, the world's largest manufacturer of motorcycles and scooters for 22 years, means being part of a team of dedicated innovators striving for excellence.
